أولا first: the time period allowed

Return or replacement is available within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.


The refund request must be submitted via email or the on-site support form.


📦 Second: return/Exchange acceptance conditions

The product must be in its original condition and unused or damaged.


The product must be in the same original packaging with full accessories and invoice.


Refunds are not accepted in the following cases:


Personal products (such as open cosmetics or skin care products).


Products that have been used or tampered with.


Discounted offers or products that are specified as non-refundable.


Special orders that have been executed as per the customer's request.

After receiving the product and checking its condition, the refund is made to the same payment method within 5-10 business days.


In the case of cash on delivery, you will be contacted to transfer the amount via an appropriate means (such as Vodafone Cash or bank transfer).

In case the return due to an error from the store or the product is damaged or different, we bear all shipping costs.


If the return is based on the customer's personal desire (such as unwillingness or change of opinion), the customer will bear the shipping fees.
